Are you a professional with knowledge of Residential and Support Living Services and the valuable contribution they make towards people with a Learning Disability and Autism living an ordinary life, in their local communities as active citizens and having the same opportunities as all people who live in our local communities.


If so we need you, Norfolk is currently experiencing a real pressure in our Residential and Supported Living Providers with an acceleration of large scale poor quality services being closed.

Due to this we need two Quality Improvement Officers to focus on improving and supporting identified providers to reach a specified quality standard, so we can expediate the lifting of restrictions, working alongside the Integrated Quality Service and enable current voids to be released.

We want Quality Improvement Officers who are inspired and ambitious and want to develop the Norfolk Residential and Supported Living Market to be the best it can be.

This will be a challenging role.

We need people who are assertive and have high expectations of what services should deliver for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

We need people who can connect, build relationships and develop trust with our Residential and Supported Living Providers sharing good practice and developing peer support networks.

We want Quality Improvement Officers who are ambitious for people with a Learning Disability and Autism people.
