On a day-to-day basis, you'll visit individuals in their homes to install tagging equipment. You'll either work alone or alongside a Monitoring Support Officer. You'll be part of a friendly, welcoming team, who'll support you as you learn and develop.
Salary & benefits:
£23,065 per annum and a company car which includes personal use.
Working hours:
You'll be working on a rotating shift pattern, between 5pm - 3am which averages 37.5 hours per week including some weekends and bank holidays.
Location:
You will be home-based and spend your shift visiting people in communities across your region East Anglia. Ideally, you'll live in the NR/IP OR CB postcode areas.
What you'll be doing:
- Visiting individuals' houses to install, adjust or deactivate tagging equipment
- Checking and cleaning equipment on issue and collection
- Collecting any equipment needed for evidence
- Keeping paperwork uptodate and following standard operational procedures
- Taking part in meetings with your team and line manager

- Full clean driving licence
- Friendly and personable with the ability to put people at ease
- Resilience, patience and ability to adapt to different circumstances
- Ability to work on a shift rota basis
