Main duties of the job:

The Health Visitor will be responsible and accountable for the operational and strategic management of a caseload and the delivery of high quality programmes of care to infant's children and their families using a multidisciplinary approach.


The Health Visitor will participate in the identification and safeguarding of vulnerable children and their families in partnership with other agencies.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities:
As a member of the Integrated Children's services in Bury, the post holder is

expected to contribute to the expectations of the Borough's Children and Young Peoples Partnership Strategy and the Early Help Strategy.


_ This vacancy is open to those who have a current NMC PIN to practice as an Registered Nurse or Midwife in the UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC PIN within the next 3 months. Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role._
