The Role

  • Managing and resolving customer queries professionally
  • Processing customer orders promptly and accurately
  • Making outbound calls to verify and update customer information
  • Collaborating effectively with internal departments to address customer needs

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or officebased)
  • Ownership of a car due to the location
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in keyboard operations with high accuracy
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
