Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Live-Ops Manager to join our team for an exciting AAA multiplayer shooter game.

As the Live-Ops Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing live operations strategies to drive player engagement, monetization, and long-term success of the game.

Your role will involve overseeing in-game events, promotions, and updates, as well as analyzing player data to optimize the game's performance and revenue.

Develop and implement live operations strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization for our AAA multiplayer shooter game.

  • Plan and execute ingame events, promotions, and content updates to provide a dynamic and engaging player experience.
  • Collaborate with game design, development, and marketing teams to align live operations strategies with the overall game vision and business goals.
  • Analyze player data and metrics to identify trends, player preferences, and opportunities for enhancing the game's performance and revenue generation.
  • Monitor player behavior and feedback to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and new content opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize ingame economies, virtual currency systems, and monetization mechanics to drive player spending and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the player support team to address player inquiries, issues, and concerns related to live operations aspects.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on live operations KPIs, player engagement, and revenue performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in live operations management, game operations, or related roles within the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of multiplayer shooter games and the live operations aspects of game development and management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage player data to drive decisionmaking and optimize live operations strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing ingame events, promotions, and content updates to enhance player engagement and monetization.
  • Knowledge of ingame economies, virtual currency systems, and monetization mechanics.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Proficiency in using live operations tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
