Our client is an independent, full-service creative agency specialising in B2B and B2E experiences. With in-house experts covering event production, project management and a large creative team, the work they deliver is high profile (and high margin) conferences(live, hybrid and virtual), exhibitions, press launches and everything in between

THE ROLE

Due to continued business wins and the growth of key accounts there is now an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager / Producer to join the team working closely with internal creative and production departments to deliver outstanding and seamless events.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a range of projects from brief to completion
  • Liaising with suppliers and managing communications
  • Inputting into creative ideation
  • Providing key direction to internal departments surrounding planning, design and production delivery
  • Broad knowledge of event production, build and technical
  • Client management and relationship building
  • Overseeing and managing project timelines and scheduling
  • Onsite management as required
  • Budget management and reconciliation
