Opportunity
The Sephora Store Director ensures exceptional operational and commercial standards across the entire store, focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role involves overseeing compliance in all operational aspects and is responsible for driving sales and profitability through team performance and development within set budgets.
What You'll Do
Client Experience:
- Embody the Sephora Attitude and lead by example.
- Provide team support in challenging situations to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Coach and train the team to achieve commercial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring effective leadership.
- Motivate the team to create an exceptional client experience.
- Analyze overall satisfaction to suggest improvement strategies.
- Inspire digital tool utilization for personalized services.
- Collaborate with the Training Department to enhance Beauty Services.
- Build strong relationships with Brand Supervisors and follow up on Brand Beauty Consultants (BCs).
- Lead the Management team to create a positive shopping experience and achieve commercial KPIs.
- Support operations in analyzing results and proposing improvement plans.
- Maintain and enforce quality customer service standards and resolve complaints.
Sales:
- Implement retail priorities for commercial success.
- Lead the team in creating an exciting work environment to meet sales targets.
- Support the Services Manager in delivering educational experiences and meeting targets.
- Reinforce sales policies and techniques.
- Balance sales targets for various product categories.
- Analyze sales results and propose action plans for target achievement.
- Create internal competitions for team motivation.
Operations:
- Optimize operations for efficiency and compliance.
- Inspire the team to enforce company policies.
- Maintain store image and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, product presentation, and pricing standards.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
- Stay informed about market conditions and competition.
- Develop strategies to drive sales performance.
- Plan and oversee promotional events and displays.
People:
- Motivate and develop the team through coaching and feedback.
- Communicate business strategy and vision clearly.
- Increase team confidence through performance feedback.
- Ensure team training and development through Sephora University.
