The Role -

  • To ensure the full implementation of the Customer Services strategy across the business.
  • Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.
  • Effectively managing customer requests and queries, using the CRM system to record all communication.
  • Liaise with other departments efficiently and as required, showing initiative.

The Person -

  • Punctual and professional
  • Experience within a busy customer services environment, with excellent customer awareness and focus
  • Firstrate communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demands high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to set customer expectation and resolve all queries at first point of call where possible.
  • Need to be flexible and a strong team player as the role will develop over time

  • To represent Fischer Future Heat UK with integrity at all times.
  • Any other duties which are considered commensurate to the role.
