A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Specialist to join our experienced team at Harley-Davidson Newmarket and become part of our legend

You'll want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides, both on and off site. We live and breathe Harley-Davidson, to us this is far more than just a place of work

Position Purpose/Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager
  • Achieving profit and volume targets
  • Maintaining above national average for our Customer Experience Programme and Mystery Shops
  • Managing all enquiries by use of Kerridge and Manufacturer systems
  • Ensuring accurate completion of all documentation
  • Ensuring Showroom presentation is second to none
  • Deliver first class leading customer service with every interaction.
  • Drive the performance of New, Used and Finance related sales.
  • Adhere to all manufacturer and LIND programmes.
  • Actively promote the high standards of Harley-Davidson at all times.
  • Hold a Full UK Motorcycle Licence
  • Have an interest in Motorcycles
  • Have previous experience working in Sales, ideally as a Sales Executive in a dealership
  • Have a desire to be close to our Customers (we ride too, and we regularly attend events, social meetings and rallies)
  • Be a team player and foster strong interdepartmental relationships
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be selfmotivated, ambitious, professional and forward thinking
  • Be focused on achieving goals
  • Have the ability to work within a defined sales process
  • Have a desire to have fun

Newmarket Harley-Davidson has a long history, originally Black Bear opened for business in 1996 and LIND took ownership in 2013, since then we have re-located into a million pound plus purpose built premises which is situated on Oaks Drive, Newmarket.

Our dealership is one of the largest Harley-Davidson stores in the UK and as part of Lind Harley-Davidson we stock the UK's largest selection of approved used Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.
