  • Work alongside the Regional Manager to develop engagement action plans that address local key strategic priorities and raise the profile of our NDP Program across the Black Country.
  • Attend GP practices, local health groups and primary care meetings to promote the range of Xyla services available in the area and develop, improve, and sustain referral pathways.
  • Report on progress against relevant KPI's and targets, providing regular updates as requested on progress of local action plans.
  • Support communications strategies (e.g., public open events, training and awareness raising sessions, communications materials, social media etc.), to promote the services and capture referrals.
