Role Overview:

The CRM Manager is pivotal in enhancing our sales pipeline by generating leads, monitoring sales processes, and analyzing data to optimize future marketing campaigns. This role balances marketing initiatives with data-driven insights, ensuring high-quality lead generation through refined acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Salesforce and will be adept at driving projects that enhance our lead generation capabilities across targeted industries and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Acquisition & Management
    • Generate new leads through targeted outreach efforts.
    • Promote initiatives to boost participation in webinars and specialized courses.
    • Enhance ROI reporting to inform future marketing strategies.
    • Utilize Salesforce for comprehensive reporting on CRM activities and lead conversion rates.
    • Implement a sophisticated lead scoring system based on data insights.
    • Develop customer journey maps to improve engagement and conversion rates.
    • Facilitate increased automation in customer journey data flows.
    • Oversee the development and management of new advertising campaigns if aligned with future marketing strategies.
  • Application Replication
    • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive processes that enhance Application Replication globally.
    • Identify and highlight key opportunities for Application Replication in targeted markets.
    • Create marketing materials to maximize Application Replication at key accounts.
    • Support the expansion of the application library, focusing on targeted markets and products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using Salesforce for marketing purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive valuable insights from data.
