Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Sell products and services to industries such as construction, promoting and selling company solutions to local councils, large house builders, and other companies.
  • Lead Generation: Create new business sales leads within assigned UK targets via outbound sales calls to new, existing, and lapsed clients.
  • Account Management: Work with existing clients to provide effective account management and cross-sell up-sell opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and assess the suitability of prospects.
  • Database Management: Build and maintain a database of prospective client information.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing to create and improve lead-generation campaigns and provide feedback and suggestions to improve lead-generation processes and strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve personal and company targets, update company CRM throughout the sales process, and attend sales and product training sessions as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly Motivated: Highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and results-focused individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional all-round communication skills and well-versed at dealing with clients.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales utilizing CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborative and consultative approach coupled with the ability to work autonomously to deliver results.
  • Technical Skills: Experience of Hubspot CRM (or equivalent) and the ability to deliver accurate, clear, and concise forecasting and reporting.

Package:

  • Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
  • Office Based: Office-based role with a 37.5-hour working week, 8:30-5.
  • Pension: Pension scheme available.
  • Holidays: 23 days' annual leave plus 5 days over Christmas and bank holidays.
  • Company Events: Opportunities to participate in company events and team-building activities.
