Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is expanding their sales operations and seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead, manage and support the growth of their telesales team.

The Role:

  • Onboarding and providing training for new staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets
  • Establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team
  • Leading sales meetings and coaching team members to achieve sales success
  • Forecasting and reporting on sales figures to inform business decisions
  • Managing and organizing the staffing rota to ensure optimal team coverage
  • Addressing any concerns or issues that may arise within the team

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Management or team leadership experience in a call centre environment
  • An engaging and inspirational personality, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability and willingness to work in the office in Wolverhampton, 5 days a week
