We are currently looking for a Sales Telco Manager, that will be responsible for handling all the assigned accounts - Carriers and all trade marketing activities across all Motorola smartphones products in the UKI.

You will report to the General Manager, Motorola UKI.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Build yearly Business case and strategy for the key accounts. Achieving / overachieving quantitative and qualitative targets on a regular base. Prepare and implement quarterly business cases for each key account to reach and surpass the quarterly sales objective. Create and execute the Marketing Initiatives and Sales Programs needed to increase market share with each partner. Support the Sell Out process to achieve the partner KPI. Manage Inventory and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations. Coordinate all Trade Marketing activities with each Carrier. Developing new initiatives with key partners to achieve better visibility in target POS / online stores. Generate new business and drive sales via: Direct B2B engagement (independently but also working with the Lenovo PC Team); and Public Tender – successfully respond to tender requirements. Manage business development pipeline. Successfully deliver training sessions to partner sales force.

Your main requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales position in the mobile and/or consumer electronics industry (experience from operators/carrier is required). Have experience in selling products to carrier, business partners and business end-customers. Knowledge of large-scale relationship management with large corporate businesses. Experience in trade marketing. Success in growing existing accounts and demonstration of a successful track record of selling products through a channel. The ability to generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships. Entrepreneurial personality with the ability of influencing others. You enjoy working in a complex cross-functional environment – You will be cooperating with "virtual teams" & colleagues of different nationalities. Perfect knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point. Fluency in English. Driving License and willingness to travel.
