Account Manager, Personal Health

Your role:
- As a Philips PH Account Manager, you will ensure sales & profit targets are set and achieved, delivering against account specific growth plan; negotiate commercial terms including range, distribution and pricing agreements and construct, agree and implement customer joint business plans for our online/e-Tail accounts.
- Your focus will be on growing market share by focusing on range, product mix and promotional effectiveness, continually reviewing rate of sales and adapting plans accordingly.
- Working closely with the Channel Leader, Account Manager, Consumer Marketing, Category Management and Supply Chain to drive the digital agenda: analysing sales & market trends; identifying emergent risks & opportunities and ensuinge order fulfilment.

You're right for this role if:
- You have previous experience in Digital Account Management/Digital Marketing, with a knowledge if the retail market landscape & competitors.
- You are commercially savvy with the ability to manage full customer P&L, delivering sales & profit growth and shaping customer strategy using JBPs.
- Communication skills are a strength – and you can use these skills to negotiate & challenge internally & externally.
- You are performance driven individual capable for delivering against multiple KPIs whilst at the same time completely admin tasks in a timely fashion.
