This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our Chesterfield office every Tuesday, and one further day per week.

As a Governance & Integrity Administrator, you will maintain master and reference data for systems controlled, managed and supported by Knowledge Management.

You will ensure relevant controls, change management process' and audit trails are adhered to facilitating the delivery of accurate and timely updates to provide accurate reporting to end users.


About the role
You'll take responsibility for handling customer queries and change requests to provide quality assurance to stakeholders.

Alongside this, you will ensure changes to business restructuring are managed effectively and all stakeholders are identified and advised in a timely manner to ensure continuity of reporting.

You will be required to maintain instructions and ensure they are up to date and accurate.

You will also ensure all responsibilities have been carried out each week / period in accordance with Line Managers direction and escalate any outstanding issues.
