The role:
- H&S in terms of Housing, high rise properties, and the associated people
- Head up, lead and motivate the H&S, Facilities and Fleet teams
- Approach H&S in a collaborative way through engagement and culture change
- Credibility and strength to understand and tackle push back to change
- Voice of H&S to the Board and SLT
- Set and implement H&S strategy
- Stay abreast of new and changing legislation
- Lead facilities management across the business
- Lead and manage a fleet of 200 LCV across the business
