Our manufacturing is done in our studio in India and all the designs are done by Ruth and her daughter Coco here in the UK.

The Role

We are looking for an organised, creative, positive Digital Marketer to continue building our brand and sales online. We are a small team and are looking for someone that will fit in and enjoy their role. You will be building the marketing strategy of the business to help drive sales and brand awareness.

The role is working 2-3 days a week in-house partially but can also be flexible with working from home a day once you have a good awareness of the brand.

You will need to be able to come into the office for atleast a day per week though. Someone local to the office in Gloucestershire is ideal. This role could potentially be freelance.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms
  • Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various channels
  • Implement up to date best SEO practices to come high on google and bring brand awareness converting to sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software, we use Shopify
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects simultaneously
