About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Executive to join our team at Ecotricity. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our in-house marketing team, from email and CRM to content, insights, and analysis, events, and social media.

You will be responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns to drive growth and keep our existing customer base loyal. You will also work closely with our CRM Marketing Manager to build automated email journeys in Marketing Cloud to enhance the in-life experience of our customers.

Additionally, you will manage content updates to the Ecotricity website, including uploading blogs and making changes to existing content pages. You will also support our B2C Marketing Manager with event organization and partnership activity.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring brand health metrics in YouGov and presenting on your findings every quarter to the rest of the marketing team. You will also report on campaign performance and track KPIs, monitor budget spend, and work with the Insights Manager to make improvements to our PowerBI dashboards.

Other responsibilities include supporting with the creation of PPC campaigns on an ad hoc basis, coordinating with various stakeholders within the team and across the business to get tasks across the line, and managing relationships with external suppliers for print and digital advertising opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is digitally savvy, with some experience in data insights and reporting, and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks and have a "can-do" attitude. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their marketing skills and experience across a wide range of tasks.

About You

We are looking for someone who has some general marketing knowledge, with perhaps 1-2 years' experience in a marketing administration or assistant role. You will need to be energetic and enthusiastic, and able to contribute new ideas.

You will also need to have a keen eye for detail, experience creating and sending email marketing campaigns, and be completely adaptable from one minute to the next. You will enjoy working with data and analyzing results to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.

Highly organized, with the ability to respond to priorities and juggle multiple tasks, you will have experience working effectively with multiple teams to deliver activity. You will also have a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work independently and seamlessly with colleagues from different areas of the business.
