At the Focus Agency Group, we're committed to being the best.

Our team is made up of highly skilled professionals who possess not only a deep understanding of our clients' requirements, but also an innate grasp of the ever-evolving digital landscape.

We value creative minds and believe in providing our team members with stimulating projects and the opportunity to work alongside leading figures in the digital industry.

As part of our commitment to professional development, we offer tailored training to empower our team to stay ahead of the curve.

When you join the Focus Agency Group, you'll be embarking on an exciting journey where your expertise will be nurtured, your ideas will be valued, and your career will thrive.

You must be within commutable distance of your designated office.

Alongside an up-to-date CV and portfolio, we highly recommend you provide a cover letter, telling us more about yourself and highlighting why you are interested in the role you are applying for at the Focus Agency Group.

this gives you the opportunity to ask us questions about the role at the Focus Agency Group. How can I best prepare, and will my interview be virtual or in person?
Our website showcases who we are and what we do.

It is always best to come into the office if you're able to, however, we understand this is not always possible.

Therefore, you may have a virtual interview for your first interview and your second interview would be in person at one of our offices.

We usually use Microsoft Teams for virtual interviews.

We will follow up by sending you an official letter to confirm all the details along with our benefits package.

Do you offer remote or hybrid working?
As a creative team, we believe it's important that people come into the office regularly.

We believe this helps you to connect with your team and the brand, while collaborating and learning from each other.

At the Focus Agency Group, we have various roles, and they have different requirements and sets of operating priorities.

Our approach to hybrid working falls on a spectrum.

Depending on your role, you may be required to work fully on-site, or a blend of on-site and remote, (hybrid) where appropriate.

There is always an expectation that you are able to come into the office if required. You should, therefore, ensure you are within commutable distance to the office where your position is based.
We do not offer fully remote working.

Once you have returned your acceptance letter, we will agree a suitable start date so that we can send your contract of employment, along with other relevant documents.

We will be in communication with you about your start and onboarding process, which includes online awareness courses, so that you are fully prepared ahead of your first day.

If you have questions during this time, we are just a phone call away.

We ask everyone to come to our HQ in Feering, Colchester, for their office and HR induction, and to collect their equipment.

Do you offer work experience, apprenticeships or graduate opportunities?
We currently offer one week's work experience per year, which is usually carried out in June or July. Currently, we do not offer apprenticeships or graduate opportunities, though this is something we are working on.
