{"h1": "Junior Digital Marketing Manager", "p": "We are seeking a talented Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital team at BLUE Communications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Your primary objective will be to work closely with our clients, account teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with wider communications and overarching business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing multiple projects of varying scope and size, utilizing your experience and intuition to prioritize effectively.
* Translating agreed digital marketing strategies and programs into effective tactical implementation that meets and exceeds client expectations.
* Monitoring the delivery of activity against agreed program KPIs and staff resource.
* Combining digital marketing skills and creativity with knowledge of the client and industry to identify digital marketing tactics, target audiences, and keywords that deliver against each program's communications objectives.
* Mentoring digital marketing executives, motivating them to deliver excellent results, and helping them to realize their full potential as digital marketing professionals and members of the BLUE team.

Requirements:

* Commercial experience in digital strategy development, account management, content creation and management, social media management, SEO and SEM, and analytics and reporting.
* Ability to spot commercial opportunities with clients and communicate business development to the senior team.
