Senior Community Manager

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Manager to join their London team on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic social media-focused organization and contribute to the success of their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple clients across various sectors, working closely with Community Managers and Social Executives to ensure the success of multiple accounts.
  • Act as the primary client contact for social media and community management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class organic social media activations and campaigns, transforming social media presence for clients.
  • Provide strategic insights and analysis, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor online conversations, fostering engaging interactions and nurturing community connections.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in social, digital, or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and algorithms.
  • Experience managing both B2B and B2C campaigns is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to optimize content production and publication based on platform insights and performance data.
  • Proven track record of creating and supporting social media campaigns as part of broader marketing strategies.
