Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, field sales enquiries and distribute details to relevant personnel.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as setting up training courses, leasing with course delegates, managing delegate online exams and assignment submissions, and issuing certificates.
- Assisting with clients Learning Management Systems, undertaking mailshots, and organising internal and external documents.
Required skills and qualifications
- Level 3 NVQ or Apprenticeship in Business administration or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration duties.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learning new software and systems.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience in administrating online Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
Package
- Will be dependent on experience but will between £ £14.00 per hour
- The position is office based at totrain Norton, StocktononTees Office
- Hours 20 per/week (4 hours per day)
