Office Coordinator

Reed Business Support is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team in Stockton-on-Tees. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced admin environment, ensuring accurate data entry and a systematic approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage invoice and purchasing registers with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and tender paperwork, utilizing strong organizational skills and prioritization techniques.
- Provide exceptional reception services, including handling incoming calls and greeting visitors, while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform various administrative duties, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms as required, demonstrating effective time management and coordination skills.
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, showcasing a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support the team's needs, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and experience with Sage, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on precision and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
