Customer Services Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Services Assistant to become part of our friendly team at our offices based in Greenford Middlesex.

The position is full-time Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break.

Duties will include:
Daily reporting for Key Customers

Supporting Customers with order entry.

Processing credits and additional charges.


Previous experience in a Customer Services role would be preferred and previous logistics experience would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided.

Handling 1st line dispute resolution regarding additional charges.

Admin / invoicing for ad hoc customers.

Any other duties as required within the department.
