Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Director and leading a national sales team, you will be responsible for refining and implementing a commercial strategy that capitilises on significant new business opportunities and builds upon their sustained revenue and profitability growth.


Your key task will be to complete a thorough review of the market and your resources, to ensure that you have the right team, systems and processes in place to capitalise on their significant investment in new technology, product and system, which has resulted in considerable interest from large industrial and construction end user customers.


The Person

You will be an experienced and inspirational sales leader, who is well used to growing and developing teams that deliver exceptional results.


Experience of successfully selling Fire or associated products and systems into large industrial and construction end user customers is desirable, but not essential.


You will need to be:

  • A charismatic and inspirational sales leader, selling technical solutions into our clients target markets
  • Strategically and tactically strong
  • A team player, who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • An excellent communicator, able to influence and persuade at all levels
