Are you an experienced finance officer looking for a new challenge?

What will you be doing?

  • Producing monthly invoices in a timely manner
  • Have regular communication with interpreters to ensure the job sheet is uploaded on time
  • Ensuring invoices are produced to meet client requirements with relevant information
  • Provide cover for the department when required
  • General adhoc duties such as dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Timely issue of statements and reminder letters in accordance with company credit control procedure
  • Ensure debt is collected within agreed payment terms
  • Ensure details of queries are logged on system for disputed invoices
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times and using discretion where necessary
  • Building positive relationship with other internal departments to resolve finance issues

What you'll need

  • Experience finance and invoicing is desirable
  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or similar is desirable
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to develop good business relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid IT skills and be tech savvy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Be a team player and have the ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
