About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance/Accounting Technician to join our dynamic finance team at Altus Education Partnership. This role is key in supporting the Head of Finance in managing the financial operations across the Trust's academies, ensuring compliance, timely financial processing, and contributing to the overall financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase Ledger Processing: Supporting academy staff with ordering and budget management.
  • Finance System Management: Updating supplier and bank details, preparing supplier payment runs, and managing staff expenses.
  • Banking: Posting bank transactions and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Procurement & Contract Management: Ensuring procurement processes and contract management run smoothly, adhering to financial regulations.
