Job Summary:
As an Animal Nutritionist, you will play a crucial role in the continuing growth phase by collaborating across different business functions to maintain and enhance our specialized nutrition services.
Your key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and delivering propositions
  • Collaborating with the Proposition Senior Technical Expert on:
  • Enhancing the overall proposition
  • Refining the Food & Nutrition Philosophy
  • Updating Ingredient Guidelines
  • Staying informed about industry trends and nutritional research in the pet food sector
  • Sharing relevant studies related to dog health and nutrition
  • Engaging with data labs for research and white paper projects
  • Collaborating with the Quality team for testing methodologies
  • Assisting with customer nutrition queries and complaints from the CX Nutrition team

Skills required for this role:
  • Completed Masters Degree in Animal Nutrition or similar field
  • Self-motivated and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in handling and interpreting complex nutritional data
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach
  • Understanding of customer needs, commercial aspects, and industry regulations in the pet food sector

Nice-to-have qualifications:
Experience in pet food industry processes and operations, collaboration with R&D and Quality teams, relationship-building skills, and familiarity with digital product design principles.
