Enhance systems and processes aimed at increasing clinical placements and improving the quality of the clinical learning environment.

Working in line with and benchmarking against the NMC Education SSSA standards, working closely with all educators, education providers and HEE, assuring that assessment in practice is robust.

Support practice assessors, supervisors and staff in developing systems to support curriculum development, improve the clinical learning environment and ensure quality monitoring of practice-based education, based on the OFSTED and NMC Education Standards.

Participate in the NHSE Quality Strategy and support the trust in achieving compliance and implementing any associated action plans.

Establish and maintain working relationships with appropriate members of the multi-professional team, including nursing, medical staff, allied health professionals and support workers within the learning environment.
