We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time (37.5 Hours) HR Administrator to join the HR team at our successful and industry-leading company, based at within Chesterfield.

Key Tasks:

  • The processing into employment of client's care teams
  • To ensure documentation is processed and recorded correctly and is in compliance with HCD policies/ CQC and GDPR
  • Process leavers and archive in line with GDPR
  • Provide support and HR advice for all of HomeCareDirect enquires
  • To be responsible for DBS documentation across the company
  • To raise any queries or concerns relating to criminal disclosures
  • To be responsible for updating and maintaining the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set
  • To issue ID badges

Requirements:

_ Essential Qualifications/Experience_:

  • CIPD Level 3 Foundation and Intermediate qualifications or be willing to work towards
  • Business Administration level 2 or able to work towards.
  • Experience of working with HR procedures
  • Ability to build positive relationships with managers, colleagues and Trade Union representatives
  • Willingness to interpret HR Legislation to comply with the company policy of client choice
  • Be punctual, flexible and willing to make necessary changes to meet any changing needs of the company in line with the care industry requirements
  • Confident and competent IT skills
