on a temporary

contract for

six months . The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and offers

four days home working per week .


This exciting opportunity offers the successful candidate a great opportunity to continue their HR development and be actively involved in all generalist HR areas, in a people focused organisation.

Duties will include (but not limited to):nActing as first point of contact for team members throughout the business assisting with basic queries and signposting more complex queries to the relevant People Services (HR) team membernManaging the People Team Outlook In-box and dealing with general queries and signposting more complex queries to the relevant People team membernSupporting the People Team with reporting on key data and highlighting any issues proactivelynEnsuring all compliance training is proactively arranged and recordednEnsuring the development and administration of the eLearning system including production of clear user guides and ensuring use of the systemnWorking with HRS to improve processes and systems to ensure they are accurate and fit for purpose

Expertise required:
nExperience of dealing with training administrationnPrior experience of working in an HR administrative position, with high attention to detailnIT literate with experience of administering databases and working knowledge of MS OfficenNumerate with working knowledge of finance administration

Working hours:
n37 hours per weeknMonday – Friday, Flexible hoursnHybrid based, four days home working per week
