Undertake diary management activities arranging internal and external meetings, expenses, events, and lunches. Preparation and distribution of agendas, read ahead documents, minutes, and actions. Organising national and international travel, accommodation, and expenses for the AVP Human Resources, UK, AVP Corporate Communications and Global Talent Practice Leader. Supporting the UK People & Culture team with administration and liaising where appropriate with Finance to handle and process sensitive personal and contractual material with strict adherence to confidentiality requirements, including holiday, absence, payroll, charitable giving initiatives and invoicing. Assist in driving the strategic change agenda through support of projects which drive forward our business priorities. Proactively ensure actions are followed up and taken to help in driving projects to timely and efficient completion. Create and maintain efficient and effective administrative systems, looking for opportunities to implement continuous improvement initiatives and automate administration or reporting where possible. Track and report on outstanding tasks, monitoring progress and seeing assigned activities through to completion. Provide general administrative support to the wider UK People & Culture team as needed including supporting the induction session for new starters. Build successful working relationships with different areas of the business and people from all levels in the organisation.
