The Exciting Opportunity


We are now recruiting for a full time
Director of Sales to join the pre-opening team
for
The Halyard at The Ropewalks, Liverpool, the first IHG luxury Vignette branded Hotel in the UK and mainland Europe, and for
Holiday Inn Express Liverpool Central.

As a dual site Director of Sales you will be responsible for driving the hotel sales and marketing function for both hotels and will deliver on a strong and unique sales strategy to drive the business.

You will have a strong commercial acumen and able to demonstrate proven success in innovatively driving new business.

Excellent sales, customer care, account management and negotiation skills, along with strong presentation and influencing skills will be key to success in this role.


You will be an ambassador for the guest journey and you will epitomise the hotel brand values and service behaviours to ensure they are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators of profit, people and RGI.

Where You Will Be Working
The Halyard at the Ropewalks is a 130 bedroom hotel due to open in mid-year 2023.

It's in a fantastic downtown location in the Ropewalks, one of the UK's hippest areas, the perfect place for IHG's luxury lifestyle brand.

The hotel will feature a smart restaurant and bar, and we've located the gym, the meeting room and the suites on the top floor to take advantage of the amazing views of this vibrant city from their balconies.

The Holiday Inn Express Liverpool Central is the perfect partner to The Halyard. It features 125 bedrooms, restaurant, bar, and meeting space. It is constructed using modular bedroom technology all built to Holiday Inn Express's exacting standards.

Due to open Autumn 2023, it will be operated under franchise from IHG and will be a great addition to Liverpool.


The Halyard at The Ropewalks Liverpool and Holiday Inn Express Liverpool Central are both managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
