Job Description

  • Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Managing employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws
  • Overseeing recruitment and selection processes
  • Supporting business needs through the development of HR policies
  • Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives
  • Creating and analysing reports relating to HR metrics
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documents

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Field Operations should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in an HR role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
