We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to oversee the work of the Student Data Records Officers within the Academic Registry Degree Apprenticeship Team.

The role will be central to the delivery of a full and responsive service to support the core functions and processes for the Student Returns and Data Management Team.

The role holder will be primarily focussed on co-ordinating the maintenance and updating of learner and course records for Degree Apprenticeships, the registration of learners with external End Point Assessing Organisations where required and assuring the quality, accuracy and timeliness of learner data to ensure the University's statutory and regulatory responsibilities and internal data/information requirements are fulfilled.


With a primary focus on the student record, the role holder is expected to oversee the delivery of excellent, modern and professional services by developing and operating efficient and effective processes, deploying the use of IT systems and digital technologies in response to ongoing feedback and business needs.


It is essential that you have recent experience of managing the delivery of complex administrative processes in a customer-service-focused environment.

The successful applicants will have a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning.

Post holders are expected to work cooperatively and flexibly with professional service staff across teams in the Academic Registry to proactively contribute to continuous improvement activity and the delivery of service excellence.
