until 31st December 2020 Key Accountabilities
- Drive delivery through close collaboration with Technology and Finance colleagues
- Be proficient in Data analysis techniques being able to review and summarise large volumes of data.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Customer source systems, Data warehouse applications, Master Data and Hierarchy management,
- Work across workstreams ensuring full delivery within tough driven timelines
- Analyse AS-IS process and system, present findings and recommendations for required change to sponsor/stakeholder for approval
- Build solutions identifying innovative and pragmatic implementable ideas
- Lead the implementation of solution into the operational environment including preparation of user documentation
- Provide post implementation support to financial stakeholders and users ensuring change is implemented successfully in the line teams
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Data analysis
- Knowledge and Experience of Financial Control Processes and Systems
- Leadership Skill ensuring opinions are listened to and acted upon
- Systems analysis techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in large team
- Full project lifecycle processes
- Business analysis techniques
- Expert user of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- Excellent communication skills Desirable skills/
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of banking services and products;
