My client is based in Lincoln, I am looking for a really committed and switched on Service Adviser for this high-end dealership, my Clients company is expanding, the workshop is expanding with it

My ideal Service Adviser will be someone with previous experience, preferably with a main dealer within this area from the motor trade industry

  • You will need to be
  • Knowledgeable of Kerridge System preferably
  • Be articulate and be able to speak to customers and colleagues on all levels
  • Be presentable, smartly dressed at all times
  • Able to deal with customers concerns in an orderly and sympathetic manner
  • Be able to enter correct data
  • Liaise with the Workshop Managers and Technicians with clear instruction
  • Be able to upsell products
The role is Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota system This position is for immediate start, there is a bonus system in place, on top of the generous salary, that will start once the probation period is completed
