NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent in culinary skills, with a valid Food Hygiene certificate

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse and high-quality dishes
Help manage kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef and Head Chef, ensuring efficient food service and kitchen management
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
Engage in daily tasks such as food prep, storage, and maintaining inventory
Contribute to team efforts by supporting other kitchen staff during peak times
Ensure personal and professional standards are met consistently, promoting a positive and professional kitchen environment
