The Customer Success Management team at C&RS will provide direct support to clients and the organization. The team will specialize in credit and risk domains, understanding various personas and workflows to engage in meaningful conversations with clients. Our C&RS business unit within S&P Global Market Intelligence empowers credit and risk management processes with cutting-edge analytics, data, and technology solutions. We aim to help clients stay competitive, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities in a dynamic market. The team focuses on engaging with top accounts across all segments.

The Impact:

Interactions with clients by the C&RS CSM team will strengthen our relationship with existing accounts and drive positive client experiences. By supporting strategic objectives, increasing client adoption, and raising awareness about our credit and risk capabilities, the team plays a vital role in revenue growth and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Success Outcomes within the C&RS Team by engaging with clients.
  • Influence future value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive new business growth through advocacy and referral opportunities.
  • Define and Optimize Customer Lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Learn from industry best practices.
  • Training and deepening credit knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on large projects.
  • Drive adoption of tools for Customer Success Managers.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles with expertise in Customer Success Management and Sales.
  • Strong stakeholder management and empathy for customers.
  • Understanding of recurring revenue models and analytical mindset.
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
