Lead, coach and develop the Field Support Specialists from North, Scotland and Northern Ireland through the implementation of individual work and development plans design to maximise the company profitability in the Region.


  • Propose measurable KPI's that are aligned with the overall company strategy alongside personal growth targets that have been cocreated with team members.
  • Responsible for the coordination of staff and determining necessary training and advancement needs for the company goals to be achieved for each Field Support Specialist.
  • Be the central point of contact for Field Support Specialists, ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely and positive manner.
  • Educating employees on the use of software and hardware used in the Company's daytoday operations.
  • Preparing/reviewing/improving weekly team plans to ensure the Company set targets are met.
  • Contribute to special projects, that enhance the business, including projects involving Retail, Settlement, AR, Business Development, Sales, Compliance, Key Accounts and Marketing.
  • Identify challenges and propose positive solutions that are in line with the company growth expectations.
  • Managing and regularly reviewing the distribution and assignment of agent portfolios within the team to maximize the set targets achievement.
  • Actively managing own and team members portfolio and setup the training process of newly recruited agents Retraining and revisiting existing agents
  • Providing solutions where challenging matters arise
  • Rebranding existing agents according to our Marketing standards
  • Developing strong relationships with agents to ensure long term loyalty to the Company;
  • Preparation and organisation of weekly plans and meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets;
  • Managing and regularly reviewing the assigned Agents portfolio to ensure that the desired targets are reached;
  • Fluent English
  • At least 3 years' experience in a role that includes people management or team building.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Experience working within a targetdriven team environment;
  • Experience working with clients and building relationships
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Understanding of the exchange rates and the impact that the changes may have on the agent's activity
  • Availability to work 75% of the time in the Field.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
