The successful candidate will be taking a key role in delivering premium customer service and overseeing project processes.
Sales Executive - Engineering Position Overview
- Collaborating with the team and providing quotes, proposals and assisting the closing of sales
- Maximising customer satisfaction following project completion
- Utilizing the company CRM system to manage and track customer data
- Liaising closely with the engineering and sales teams
- Identifying and implementing areas for improvements in the aftersales process
Sales Executive - Engineering Position Requirements
- Previous sales or customer support experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Based in a commutable distance of Basingstoke
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM experience is desirable
Sales Executive - Engineering Position Remuneration
- Starting salary £24,000 + Performance related bonus
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week with some flexibility with timing
- 22 Days Holiday, plus bank holidays. Increasing with service.
