Dating back to the 1890's, the Inverness Palace Hotel is a welcoming 4-Star hotel combining the best of the past with the contemporary style of the present with elegant interiors, lovely bedrooms and luxury Leisure Club & Spa.

We are a bustling city centre hotel, with 110 bedrooms, expanding over 3 buildings.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing a friendly and customer orientated atmosphere for all guests during check in and check out.
  • Answering all guest queries in a timely, polite and professional manner over a variety of platforms providing accurate information.
  • Completing all shift tasks, updating reservations, preparing info for day ahead/next day.
  • Responsible for taking all payments and processing in the Opera property management system.
  • Reconciliation of daily banking against card machines and Opera system.
  • Communicating guest needs and any changes to all departments daily.

You must have excellent verbal and written English and previous reception or admin experience required.

You must also be able to work weekends. These positions are live out only.

Shift Patterns are 7am-3pm and 3pm -11pm - Occasional 11-7 depending on business needs
