Temporary Receptionist Cover Required

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to provide temporary receptionist cover for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
