Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team at Castle View Personnel. As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
