The Supply Room is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a
specialist
school located in
Lymington,
Hampshire.


As a Teaching Assistant, you will support
students aged 7-19 years with a diagnosis of Autism, focusing on their
life skills development.


Whether you have previous experience or are looking to start your career in the education sector, we encourage you to apply.


In this role, you will work on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, assisting students in achieving their educational goals.

Your responsibilities will include providing classroom support, ensuring punctuality and reliability, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

While previous experience working or volunteering with children or vulnerable adults is desirable, it is not essential. You will be required to have a GCSE in Maths and English.

We welcome individuals who are committed to making a difference and have a passion for working with people.

This position is offered on a permanent basis with a 16-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day one.

The pay rate ranges from £85 - £90 per day. The school operates from Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.
