About The Role:

Job Summary
Practice Plus Group are looking for Permanent Rota Administrators for our Out Of Hours service in Worcester.

We are looking for someone who can commit to 24 hours a week.


You will work closely with Operational and Clinical Teams under the management of Rota Manager whilst assisting in the assurance, collation and production of staff compliancy reports.

Assisting in the rostering of clinical and operational staff in accordance with designed rotas and ensure all general office duties are completed.


Responsibilities

Salary - £22,393 FTE, £14,325 for 24 hours per week

  • Excellent IT knowledge/skills, including Microsoft Office Products
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible approach to ever changing demand
  • Good telephone manner
  • Accurate typing ability
  • Willingness to undertake a variety of duties and learn new skills


This role would suit somebody who has an existing position and looking for more hours or someone who doesn't want to work full time.
