Role Summary

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Create datasets for core reports for Finance and HR (especially Client Profitability)
  • Administer all reporting in WD and ensure all groups are using correct data and not creating duplicate reports
  • Ensure reporting across the firm uses one source of truth
  • Build advanced reports on demand
  • Build and maintain dashboards, hubs and discovery boards across the company
  • Enable teams to use WD Worksheets, Slides and Office Connect
  • Work with the master data team on integrations
  • Manage one team member in Chennai

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

  • Advanced, Composite and Matrix reporting, and custom and calculated fields within Workday
  • Knowledge of Prism, Adaptive, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Office Connect and Worksheets
  • Knowledge of EIBs, APIs and Studio integrations
  • Knowledge of Finance and HR business processes
  • Team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, has a good attention to detail and applies a problemsolving approach
