We are excited to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the design, import, and distribution of a wide range of consumer goods looking for a

National Account Manager

to look after

Europe

. This company is committed to quality and customer satisfaction, offering an extensive portfolio of products across various categories, including homewares, electricals, garden products, and seasonal items.

The NAM will drive and expand sales of the company's brands across Europe, ensuring robust growth and market penetration. This role will be ideal for someone with experience working with leading brands in the

home sector , for either E uropean manufacturers

or m arket-leading distributors .

Main Responsibilities:

nExceeding KPIs:
Achieve and surpass key performance indicators, including sales targets, profit margins, and like-for-like sales

nCustomer Relationships:
Develop new customer relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts

nInsight Development:
Generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and scalable growth strategies

nCommercial Agreements:
Plan, negotiate, and finalize successful commercial agreements

nReporting:
Provide detailed reports on forecasts, insights, strategies, pricing, and market data

nDistributor Management:
Manage existing distributors and establish new distribution channels in required territories.

Essential Skills/Requirements:

nExperience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling to large stores/retail chains within Europe

nIndustry Experience:
Experience working with leading brands in the home sector, for either European manufacturers or market-leading distributors

nCommunication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in European languages is preferable

nNegotiation:
Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts and manage budgets and P&L

nCommercial Acumen:
Professional with the ability to analyze product ranges and identify market gaps

nTravel:
Willingness to travel extensively within Europe and attend sales exhibitions

nTechnical Skills:
High-level proficiency in MS Office

nLicenses:
Full driver's license.
