Who will you be working for:

What will you be doing:

  • Offering general administrative support across the HR function from recruitment administration and RTW documentation, to contractual changes and calculating annual leave and other benefits for staff at various levels
  • Handling a large part of the HR inbox, aiming to respond to queries as quickly as possible with a friendly and confident approach, gaining the trust of your colleagues as a reliable advisor
  • Supporting managers during vital meetings by taking minutes, recording any essential info onto the HRIS and ensuring all leadership staff can access online resources to progress their casework at a steady pace
  • Assisting with the online wellbeing portal and taking suggestions from staff via informal discussions or surveys on what improvements can be made to enhance the HR service delivery
  • Taking messages and calls from staff across the business and directing them to the appropriate HR staff as needed
